We attach great importance to ensuring that every employee is familiar with the departments and people that make up our company. We organise individual meetings with key contacts in each department from the first week of joining the company.
We also think it is important that every employee fully understand the products that we make, as well as the associated manufacturing processes. To make this possible, we allocate one full day to immersion in our production facilities and laboratory.
