Why?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all lies in the mechanism of odour recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flavour molecules are captured by olfactory receptors. The most common is <strong>the orthonasal pathway<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second, less well known, is <strong>the retronasal pathway<\/strong>. In this case, the flavour molecules pass through the mouth and up to the olfactory epithelium. This mechanism is often confused with taste perception.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A scientific approach focused on Better-being<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In our products, we combine molecules that aim to improve
