Throughout its journey, its founder instilled in the company a rigorous scientific foundation and a spirit of conquest that remain its DNA to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A world reference in the development of flavours and plant extract-based solutions for the animal nutrition market, the Group has more recently turned its focus towards the nutraceutical and food &amp; beverage sectors, through a range of flavouring &amp; masking solutions. With a turnover of \u20ac26 million in 2025, average growth of 10% per year since 2010, and more than 100 scientific publications to its name, Phod\u00e9 has full command of its entire value chain, from research through to commercialisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion of its founder&#8217;s retirement, Turenne Sant\u00e9, through its Capital Sant\u00e9 2 fund, is making a significant reinvestment alongside the management team and is becoming the Group&#8217;s majority shareholder. Having been a partner of the executive team since 2022, the fund reaffirms its confidence in and support for Phod\u00e9&#8217;s ambitious development plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pierre Etienne, previously Chief Executive Officer and now appointed Chairman, comments: &#8220;This transaction is aimed at supporting our international development ambitions and giving our Human Care division the means to flourish.&#8221; Having been with the company since 1998 and a long-standing shareholder, Pierre Etienne will ensure the scientific continuity and DNA of Phod\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company&#8217;s management team, whose composition remains unchanged, guarantees continuity of leadership and the enduring values that have underpinned the company&#8217;s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About Pierre Etienne, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Phod\u00e9 Group<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a background in chemistry, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/pierre-etienne-5a90676a\">Pierre Etienne<\/a> joined Phod\u00e9 in 1998 as Daniel Eclache&#8217;s first colleague. For more than twenty-five years, he jointly led R&amp;D and operations, helping to shape the scientific and operational excellence that is today the hallmark of the Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A close collaborator of the founder, he embodies the scientific continuity and DNA of Phod\u00e9: expertise, innovation and long-term commitment.
